It's been a while since my last posted any content here (probably way before the dawn of pandemic). but I'm back to keep this alive. This site previously made use of Jekyll under the hood to generate all the content. Now, it is powered by Middleman.

I decided to migrate because there were a lot of Jekyll plugins I was using before that are not maintained anymore. There's a bunch of new static site generator out there but I chose Middleman because it is fairly well maintained and somehow feels like Rails' view layer. It also allows use of modern bundling tools like webpack.

So far I am satisfied with it
